How long after my purchase until my order ships?

Orders ship in 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?

All items may be submitted for return within thirty (30) business days of purchase for a full refund. Products must be unopened with no signs of use. To return an item, shoot us an email to get you taken care of!
I want to sign up for training, but can’t find what I want to learn on your website.

We try to keep everything with our business personalized. If you can’t find a direct route on the website to answer your questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly through the Contact Us page or by email to answer any and all of the questions you may have.
How do I hire you for a security consultation? I can’t add it to the cart.

Personalized consultations and requests will be dealt with directly over the phone or in-person meeting. Please feel free to reach out and someone will contact you ASAP to start discussing your needs!
Where are you located?

We are located in Oxford, MS. Any direct address information or locations will be given directly to customers and clients for their upcoming trainings or services. We have a group of clientele that prefer we keep our locations private per our agreement, and we will continue to honor that to the best of our ability.
